Rankings Right Now is a web application predicting the rankings of college football teams in real time. Using machine learning algorithms trained on historical rankings based on the AP Poll and the College Football Selection Committee, each week fans will be able to see what polls are expecting to rank a team, before the official rankings are posted!
Rankings Right Now will provide you with the most up-to-date rankings before, during and after each game.
The current rankings page show the projected rankings for the following week based on the current information. Games can be completed, in progress, or scheduled. For games that are in progress, the current score is used as the final score.For games that are scheduled, the Vegas line is used to predict what is the expected outcome of the game.
Games and rankings will be updated in near real time. The rankings of each team for the week will default to the AP Poll rankings until the College Football Selection Committee rankings are released. Once the College Football Selection Committee rankings are released, the rankings will be updated to reflect the new rankings.
For teams that are not ranked by the College Football Selection Committee or AP Poll, the rankings will be based on the predicted values from the machine learning algorithms.

This page allows users to alter reality. If there was a game that had a different outcome, how would that have effected the rankings? Give your team an undefeated season, undo the blocked field goal at the buzzer, and undo the heart breaking loss on the road that ruined your playoff hopes.
After changing your games, click the Run Simulation button to see how the rankings of that season would have changed.
